Our secondary students are taught exclusively by specialist educators, who are capable and passionate about their areas of expertise. This more rigorous approach to education, alongside the use of our specialised, world-class resources and textbooks, sets up our students for academic success.
Our teachers work together to prepare the students for each next step and make the transition from year-to-year, as well as into ATAR preparations, WACE or VET studies as smooth as possible.
Starting from year 8 we offer our students: English, history, geography, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and computing as separate subjects. Special emphasis is applied to art, music, foreign languages, media and physical education, to provide for a holistic schooling experience.
Of significant importance, is the College’s investment in forming young adults who are critical thinkers, and who apply the Gospel messages to the complex world in which they live. Each subject is therefore geared to their present-day reality, and the space within it that exists for traditional Catholic values.
